Our dear party lovers, we start the new year with a mega party in the Transylvania area, in a location between Sibiu and Brașov. Ladies, we want to see you in the most interesting dresses that can spark the hottest fantasies and necessarily the red accessory or red underwear that will make the difference. The parties and accommodation will take place in a superb 3* location in Sambata de Sus in the middle of nature spread over 1500 sqm equipped with a SPA center: indoor pool and sauna, with a total accommodation capacity of 35 rooms.

The parties will take place inside the location where you can spend unforgettable moments on the dance floor, flirt and then retire to the playrooms. The parties are meant to spark the imagination, to develop the erotic atmosphere and why not, after 10 p.m. sexy costumes and lingerie are encouraged but not mandatory.

Conducting events:

1: Friday: Reception of guests, accommodation.. Between 18.00-20.00 – Traditional dinner. Starting at 22.00 HOT and GLAM swingers party. An open bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and coffee will be open throughout the evening.

2. Saturday: Between 8.00-10.00  Swedish buffet breakfast Between 6.00-8.00 – dinner. Starting at 22.00 LADY IN RED swingers party. An open bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and coffee will be open throughout the evening.

3. Sunday: Between 8.00-10.00  Swedish buffet breakfast.. All meals are served at the restaurant located in the complex. The pool and sauna are located in the complex and are at our disposal throughout the stay. This party is for couples.

Accommodation: We offer you a number of 35 rooms for party participants. The entire location is ours under Takeover regime.

The payment: The venue can accommodate 40 couples. Due to the limited number of places, it is mandatory to pay the online reservation (via bank transfer, bank transfer option to our account) as soon as possible, because this is the only way to secure your place at the event.

Participation fee for Hotel Takeover couples:

– 385 euro accommodation for 2 nights in a double room in a 3* hotel

– 165 euro party access for 2 nights without accommodation

– 105 euro party access 1 night without accommodation
